THE GLASS HOUSE STANDARD

The Glass House Standard.

Six commitments, published so you can hold us to them.

The Method is how we work. This is what we promise. Each one is written to be checked rather than believed. If you can’t verify it, it shouldn’t be on this page.

Most agencies ask you to trust them.

We built a business you can check.

THE SIX COMMITMENTS

Published promises. Checkable in practice.

01

You see everything.

Spend, work and results on a live dashboard you can check whenever you need. A monthly PDF only captures one moment in time.

You get a login on day one. Every dollar spent, every task in progress and every result sits there, updated continuously. You don’t have to wait for a call to find out how the month is going, and we don’t get a week to tidy the numbers before you see them.

02

30 days, always.

No lock-in contracts. The numbers renew us, or they don’t.

Every engagement runs month-to-month. There’s no twelve-month term, no minimum spend period, and no exit clause to negotiate because the way we keep the work is by producing results you can point at, every month.

03

Plain English.

If a report needs a glossary, we’ve failed.

Impressions, sessions, CTR and domain authority are metrics we manage for you as part of the work. What you get told is how many qualified enquiries came in, what each one cost, and what we’re changing next.

04

Numbers over adjectives.

Every claim we make carries a figure you can verify.

You’ll notice there are places on this site where a number should be and isn’t. That’s deliberate. We publish figures once they’re verified, and leave the space empty until then, because a rule you break for your own marketing isn’t a rule.

05

Seniors only.

You deal with the people accountable for the outcome.

Derek and Courtney run the work. You have two named people, both reachable and accountable. You can speak directly to them about the decisions behind the work and the results it produces.

06

Right-fit only.

If we can’t measurably grow you, we’ll say so at the Diagnose stage. That diagnosis is free.

We work with businesses at 5–50 staff and $1M+ revenue. If your numbers say we’re not the right answer, you’ll hear that during the free Baseline rather than three months into an invoice.

IN PRACTICE

What that looks like in a normal month.

Two things sit behind those commitments: a dashboard you can open at any hour, and a monthly review written the way you’d explain it to a partner.

You’ll see your own version of this before you’ve paid us anything. It’s the last section of the Baseline.

THE AWKWARD QUESTIONS

The awkward questions.

How do I cancel?

You tell us. The terms run 30 days at a time, so there’s no lock-in period to serve out and no penalty to negotiate.

How often do I get a report?

You don’t wait for one. The dashboard is live. On top of that there’s a formal review every 30 days and a full re-baseline every quarter.

What if you break one of these six?

Tell us, and we either fix it or you leave. That’s what publishing them costs us, and it’s why there are six rather than twenty.

Every agency says they’re transparent. Why is this different?

Every agency says they’re transparent. We built a live dashboard so you don’t have to take our word for it.

THE DCB BASELINE

See it for yourself.

The Baseline is the first thing we’d do as your agency, and we do it before you’re a client. Same dashboard, same plain English, same standard.
