AI VISIBILITY & AI SEO FLAGSHIP

AI SEO agency: be the firm ChatGPT names.

When AI recommends a firm like yours, your name is either in the answer or it isn't.

Your buyers have started asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews the question they used to type into a search bar: “who’s the best commercial law firm in Brisbane,” “who should I get to quote this.” Those tools give one answer in place of ten blue links. We find out what they currently say about you, and change it.

Takes minutes. You'll see the actual answers, quoted.

AN AI ANSWER, MADE VISIBLE

What happens when a buyer asks who to hire?

A generated answer

A firm. A reason.
A source.

AI answers bring a recommendation and its supporting sources into a single response.

→ Cited source

Your expertise needs to be clear enough to find and specific enough to cite.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Ask ChatGPT who the best firm in your category is. If the answer isn't you, keep reading.

01

Invisible in ChatGPT and AI Overviews

You rank respectably in Google. Ask an AI tool the same question and your firm doesn’t come up at all. Nobody has told you this is happening because nobody’s looked.

02

A rival gets cited instead

Someone in your category is being named in AI answers, with a link, as the recommendation. It isn’t the best firm. It’s the most legible one.

03

“AI expertise” claimed by everyone, shown by almost nobody

Every agency added AI to its service list in the last eighteen months. Ask one to show you your current AI visibility and watch what happens.

04

No idea what the models actually say about you

Not a suspicion, a blank. You can’t fix a reputation you haven’t read, and this one is being read by your buyers before they call.

None of this means AI visibility is unmeasurable. It means almost nobody has proven it yet. Run the free Baseline and see exactly what AI tools already say about you.

AI SEO, IN PLAIN ENGLISH

What “AI SEO” means, in plain English.

Traditional SEO is about ranking in a list. AI SEO is about being the source an AI tool uses when it writes the answer instead of showing the list. Different mechanics, same commercial question: when someone with money asks who to hire, does your name come up?

The models don’t crawl the web live for every question. They draw on what they were trained on, what they can retrieve, and what the sites they trust say about you. The levers therefore include: whether your site is machine-readable, whether your expertise is stated in a form a model can quote, whether third-party sources corroborate it, and whether your firm is an unambiguous entity with a name, location and specialty.

None of that is mystical, and none of it needs a glossary. It also isn’t a rebadge of existing SEO. Some of the work overlaps; a lot of it doesn’t.

AI ANSWER / STRUCTURAL EXAMPLE

A buyer asks:
“Who can help with this service in my area?”

What makes a business easy to cite?

01 · Clear identity
A consistent name, location and specialty.

02 · Useful expertise
Specific service pages that answer real questions.

03 · Corroboration
Credible third-party sources that support the claims.

Illustrative structure only. This is not a live AI response or a client result.

Most agencies added “AI” to the slide deck.

We’ll show you your AI visibility before you pay us anything.

HOW WE RUN IT

The proof is that we’ll do it for free, first.

This is a new enough discipline that claims are cheap. The Baseline gives you evidence of your current AI visibility to assess for yourself.

01

Diagnose.

We ask the same questions your buyers ask, across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews, and record the answers verbatim. You get the actual output: whether you’re named, who’s named instead, which sources those tools are citing to reach that conclusion, and where your firm is being misdescribed. Free, before there’s any conversation about money.

02

Construct.

Then we work the levers the Diagnose stage identified: machine-readable site structure and schema, content written so it can be quoted rather than skimmed, entity clarity so the models know exactly what your firm is and where, and corroboration from the third-party sources those answers already lean on.

03

Bank.

Re-run the same questions on a schedule and watch the answers change. AI visibility is measurable the same way rankings are: ask the question, record the answer, compare it to last month. On the dashboard, alongside everything else.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What AI visibility work covers.

AI answer monitoring.

The questions your buyers actually ask, run across the major tools on a schedule, with the answers recorded so change is visible rather than asserted.

Machine-readable site foundations.

Schema markup, clean structure, and the technical groundwork that decides whether a model can parse your site at all. Overlaps with technical SEO. We don’t bill it twice.

Content built to be quoted.

Clear claims, specific answers, information stated where a model can lift it. The opposite of the hedged, keyword-padded page that reads fine to a human skimmer and gives an AI nothing to work with.

Entity and corroboration work.

Making it unambiguous what your firm is, where it operates and what it specialises in, consistently across the third-party sources these tools already trust.

Crawler access.

A surprising number of sites block the AI crawlers by accident, usually via a security plugin. We check, and we fix it.

Month to month. Same terms as everything else. Thirty days at a time.

AI SEO FAQ

The questions worth asking about this.

Fair question, and mostly the latter across the industry. Which is why we don’t ask you to accept the argument. Run the Baseline and read your own AI answers. If they’re fine, you’ve lost ten minutes and gained a useful fact.

Some of the technical groundwork overlaps and we don’t charge twice for it. The rest is genuinely different: getting cited in a generated answer isn’t the same job as ranking in a list, and the content that wins each one doesn’t look the same.

No. Nobody controls a model’s output, and any agency saying otherwise doesn’t understand what they’re selling. What we can do is move the inputs those answers are built from, and show you the answers changing month to month.

It’s early, which is the argument for rather than against. The competition for this is close to nonexistent right now, and the firms that get legible to these tools early are the ones the tools keep citing.

Same way you’d audit anything: ask the question, record the answer and compare. We use the actual text of the actual answers, dated. Impressions or a proprietary “AI score” cannot show you what a buyer was told.

Usually no. Most of this work happens in the structure and the wording rather than the design.
